1. What was your highest weight, what do you weigh right now and what is your goal weight?
The highest weight I ever remember seeing on the scale was 265 about 3-5 years ago. I'm sure I probably got higher than that but I had quit weighing lol. Right now, as of my last weigh in on Monday I was 199-200. My goal weight is about 150, still debating on that one.
2. What is your #1 motivation for losing weight?
I want to have energy and feel good and not be so self-conscious.
3. Have you always been overweight?
I always thought I was, but now that I really am, I realize that I really wasn't. LOL. I was a size 9 and 135 pounds and thought I was heavy, and was always dieting.
4. When you want to give up what inspires you to keep going?
I feel better, I look better, I can wear cute clothes..lol. I enjoy getting compliments.
5. What is the #1 thing you look forward to when you hit your goal weight?
Going shopping for new clothes and a makeover
6. Do you have support on your weight loss journey?
Yes, from family and fellow bloggers
7. What is your favorite exercise?
I like to walk outside when its nice and sunny and breezy and not hot.
8. What is the most important thing you have learned on your weight loss journey?
That the journey is more mental than physical. That I have to want it for myself to do it. That even if I slip up, I can get back on track.
9. What is one thing you have given up that you miss the most?
I do Weight Watchers, so technically I don't HAVE to give up anything. But there are certain things I stay away from just because I know they are my trigger foods. Along that line, CHEESEBURGERS and CHOCOLATE.
10. What is your strategy for losing weight?
I eat approx. 26 WW points and 1,500 calories per day. Drink lots of water and admittedly, need to do better about exercising! I try to stay away from foods that I know I will overeat like pizza, pasta and burgers.
